(Amimated simulation of what it does, compressed and repeated.
The actual sequence is totally smooth, only happens once a day, and takes 30 minutes.)

Compare this to others that cost up to six times as much...
This one does everything the others do but is really simple to program. If you can plug a cord into a wall socket, you can program Lighten Up!

Lighten Up! slowly lights a bedside lamp to simulate dawn. This simulates sunrise and tells your brain that it is time to get up and start the day. Instructions are included. At the time you select, your lamp will slowly go from off to full on. Uses a standard 60 watt incandescent bulb (GE Soft White). Compact flourescent, CLF, LED, or Tensor type lamps or bulbs may damage the unit and your lamp. Do not use them.
Underwriters Laboratory Listed for US and Canada.

Not sure this will help? Don't quite believe it works?
Try Lighten Up! for 3 weeks, if you don't like it, return it for a full refund of the purchase price.
You can't lose!

Programming details. Nothing to set or adjust. Just plug it in and wait for your daily "Sunrise!"

The best part is the price. Just $24.95! (plus CA tax if applicable and $5 shipping($6 Canada)) Lamps and/or timers not included.
