Stanford NCAA Division I basketball Scholarship, 1982-86
4-Year Varsity Letter winner, Stanford University
Traveled to Anchorage, New York, Ohio, Miami and New Zealand for tournaments and competition.
Best Memories:
The traveling to and complete 4 touchdown passes against Florida State. (oh, in sand football at Coconut Grove Beach, Miami. Their women's team challenged us. We won easily.)
After college, she played on a women's basketball team in San Jose('89-96), and managed and played on her churches coed and men's softball teams ('93-96) in Menlo Park.
Graduated from Stanford in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Biology. She earned her Master of Arts degree in Education and a single Subjects Teaching Credential in science in 1988.
She taught five years of high school science and four years of junior high math and science.
Coached basketball for five years and softball for two.
Best Memory: Learning to love chemistry because they made me teach it.
Currently lives with her husband, Eugene, and infant son, Jacob in Monterey. While being a full-time mom, Judy volunteers with the local school and community. Judy loves creating watercolors, miniatures and stained glass in her spare time.
