Bacchetta. It is also inspired by Stephen Delaire's Rotator Pursuit. It is constructed of 4130 aircraft chromoly tubing and a shortened fork. An inline skate wheel has been slotted and used as the idler wheel.

I want to thank Stephen Delaire for giving me the seat from a bike that he made for his daughter. The fairing is one of a kind, made from a fixture that no longer exists. It is a small version of the Windwrap® ST fairing. The wheels are 16" (349 bead seat diameter). Check out the spokes. The front has 16 paired spokes. The rear has 16 spokes on the drive side and 8 on the left side. My wheel builds are inspired by a book called The Spoking Word by Leonard Goldberg, out of print.
The handle bar is a simple T shape that connects to the steering tube with an old seat clamp from a diamond frame. This allows the handlebars to move up and down as needed.
