PATIENT REFERRAL SERVICE

The Humboldt-Del Norte County Medical Society has temporarily had to discontinue providing patient-physician referrals.      Please refer to the yellow pages in the local phone book for assistance in locating a physician that accepts Medi-Cal or Medicare.   For Workers Comp, please contact your Insurance Carrier and for all others we suggest you contact your employer or health insurance carrier directly.
