COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course, that follows the History-Social Science Framework, will focus on the study of United States History and Geography. This course will include a review of U.S. History in general, but the major emphasis of the course will be this century. This will allow in-depth study of such topics as: The Progressive Era, Jazz Age, The Great Depression, World War II and Its Effects, Civil Rights Movement, and Contemporary American Society. Required for graduation.
