Smoked Rainbow Trout

Delicious, spring water raised Idaho Rainbow Trout, filleted with head and all major bones are removed. Seasonings are layered inside the fish, then it is smoked using all-natural Alder wood smoke. A truly unique treatment of this beautiful native species.
