I would hope that Mr. Martin, the owner of Beaverhome.com,
will refrain from additional personal attacks upon myself or my
family. He needs to look within himself to try to
understand why so many of his customers have turned
into such vehement enemies of his company. If Mr.
Martin would simply honor his written policies and
tell his customers the honest truth when there is a
problem with delivery he would find that all those
"belligerent, abusive" customers would vanish . It is
these violations of trust that are turning people like
myself into dissatisfied, embittered casualties
of Mr. Martin's ego trip to build up his company.
