Ditto to all the comments mentioned in these postings. I ordered a leather sofa, chair, ottoman, and two wood tables on April 1st, and was told it would be up to 8 weeks to receive them. Once that time passed, I started calling them. First, I had no return calls, so I started e-mailing Neil Martin. All he would do is promise it was about to ship, and would be no longer than another week. Of course, that deadline also passed. Eventually I contacted him again, and this time it was a different story. But again, the promise that it was about to ship. Of course, it never did. Eventually, Neil started saying things like they don't promise customer service (that's an understatement)! And that I would receive the highest quality furniture for less money if I was just patient. Well, after September, my patience ran out. I kept getting different reasons for the delays, and then was told that their shipping expectations were CLEARLY in the web site. WRONG. According to the web site, I should have received my furniture LONG ago. Anyway, Neil Martin got more huffy, and cancelled my order himself (supposedly). Of course, I've had no refunds.
Yes, this company is a bunch of crooks, and I think it's high time we all band together and get the NY State Attorney General's office to shut them down before they screw any more people than they already have.
