I would like to put down a hardwood floor in a newly added four season room. The question I have is what type of subflooring is required. The existing subflooring is OSB. I do not want to raise the height of the fooring too much since it is currently level with the vinyl flooring in the kitchen adjoining the four season room. These two rooms will be seperated by French doors. I had heard that the nails do not hold very well when wood flooring is nailed into OSB subflooring and that plywood holds the nails better. Any suggestions?

The four season room is over a unheated area, with poured concrete walls which are fully insulated and poured concrete floor with a 6mil plastic and 2" extrude polystyrene beneath the cement floor. Acess to this crawl space is form the outside of the dwelling. The floor joists are fully insulated a well in this crawl space. Is moisture going to be a problem. I was thinking of installing a fan to vent the moisture. Is wood flooring
a good choice in this case????
