I would like some thoughts and suggestions on this. We are planning to have Home Depot or Lowes install their natural wood prefinished floors in our home. We are also considering having this wood floor continue into the KITCHEN. We have TWO small boys and an even smaller dog. We do not intend to live here forever but LOVE wood floors and are hoping they will help with resale also. Do you have wood floors? What should we watch out for? (these are prefinished pieces of wood, nailed down, not the click together stuff or laminate.) Should we do the kitchen? Its a rather small house and wood in kitchen too would make the place seem larger I think. ANY thoughts and suggestions helpful. Negative and any good stories too!
