I'm assuming the white floor which has yellowed is a sheet vinyl product?
Sound like a classic moisture situation. You may try a dilute bleach solution
soaked and rinsed on a clean white rag and leave it over the stain anchored
down with a litle weight to make contact with the yellowed surface overnight.
