: Originally I was pleased with BeaverHome and their response to questions and sample requests. However, due to the problems listed above, the week before last I felt I had no option but to cancel my order. At the time of cancellation, I was told that I would be credited for the full amount. This week when I called on the status of the credit, I was told BeaverHome policy was refunds take 30-60 days to process and that this policy was stated on the web site. First, this policy was never explained at the time the order was placed. Furthermore, I've searched the BeaverHome web site and have yet to be able to find any such policy. BeaverHome had no problems with charging my account in one day for a product they didn't have but wants to keep my money for four months without providing any flooring.
: If you were considering any purchases from BeaverHome I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere. I would be more than happy to discuss my experience with any potetial BeaverHome customers.
