Either way is OK. However, I prefer to install the floor after the demolition is done and before the cabinets are installed. There is the advantage of less fitting to do. And, since the floor is going to be sanded and finished later, damage to the flooring from other trades working the job is usually minimal. I assume tha you will be sanding and finishing your recycled floor.

If you decide to install the floor after the cabinets are in place, then you have to make sure that they are set a minimum of 3/4" above the subfloor, so the cabinets are at the ideal finished height. Also, you will have to be especially careful not to do damage to the cabinets as you fit, cut and fasten the flooring. Hope this helps.
