I have had installed an Award Hardwood Flooring, Invincible, in a new sun room I built on my home. The room is 20' X 16'. The flooring was installed by a local flooring company. The floor has not lived up to the advertised qualities. The first the floor was to be nonslip and this is not true. Second the floor was sold as not to mark by our dogs toe nails and what is happening is they leave grooves. The flooring is very difficult to keep clean. When it is mopped it stricks and the installed has told us we should use a towel to dry the floor, that is plain stupid. The floor has three places where it has chipped and the installed came out once to patch it but had the wrong color and went away and said he would come back and fix it, that was three weeks ago and we have not heard from them since. At best we are not happy with the floor and would have expected the local company to offer something to help us with our problem. I would be very hard put to give any kind of recommendation for Award Hardwood Floors.
