For a kitchen area which floor covering would be best--a wood laminate or a poly'd solid wood floor? We've ruled out plastic laminate--I really don't like the idea of it and would like to be able to re-finish as needed. Can the wood laminates be refinished? If so, how many times before the veneer is worn off?
This whole flooring choice is about to drive me nuts----please help!!!
