When my family and I moved into our house over twelve years ago, our kitchen was carpeted. Since two of my children are now in college, I have time to remove this carpet, but I've run into a problem. As I began to remove this carpet, I realized that the carpet pad had been glued down to a nice, hardwood floor. I'm having a difficult time removing this carpet pad and the glue. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remove this a little bit better? I welcome all replys. Please e-mail me. Thank you!
