No, at this point u can pretty much forget it laying down. But I'm surprised the floor lasted there at all. When you replace the flooring , do not go back with parquet. Parquet is NOT recommended below grade (basements). It is solid wood, just like a 3/4" nail down floor. If you want real wood in the basement, install an engineered floor.
