I had a storm drain back up and it flooded the parquet flooring in the basement. Now it has buckled in several places where the glue apparently came loose. I read where I should have let it dry out slowly. I put fans to it and it dried pretty quickly but I'm sure there is still dampness under the flooring. Any chance this will lay down?
If not, how do you go about fixing these areas short of tearing out the whole floor and starting over?
