Hi. I used dry wall mud taping blades (is that what they're called??) & a hammer to pry off trim. If you have one pretty wide one & then another smaller one you should be able to get into most spaces & get behind the trim. Use the hammer to tap the blade down so it gets down in between the wall & the trim, then gently pry the trim off. Worked really well for me.

My problem just with the old trims around the walls, about 250 ft, total. I like the wall-base better and I want to remove the wood old trims and change with 3.5 in. wood moulding wall-base. I used a pry bar, but very hard to kick them out, and finally my dry-wall were damaged! I stopped now.
: Don't tell me just left them there so put the quater-rounds.
: Please tell me the method to do or special tools or what ever to trask it! Thx
