This is the part about how and why the independent flooring dealer earns his money. It's called experience both with the product and the local area conditions that influence a good installation that meets all expectations. The chain store on the other hand leaves it up to the buyer to struggle.

: I must be doing something wrong- my rows are lifting off of the floor - I am unable to put it together following the instructions. With a mallet and the block I was able to get the second on but the first row then rose up! I spent all day yesterday reading instructions, following them and the taking the whole thing apart..grrr.
: Anyone else having trouble or know what the solution is?
