ordering off the internet

Hello again. (I asked a question earlier about Balterio flooring.) I am curious if anyone has any experience ordering from internetfloors.com. They have most excellent prices on Balterio, but I am concerned about ordering over the net.

Also, I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with Kronoswiss/Kronotex. They have responsible forestry practices, and I like that, but I want to know if their product is good. I think I like the Balterio better (the way it looks, more natural), but I know nothing nor can find anything about their forestry practices. Does anyone here have any knowledge of either of these things?
