National Carpet Equipment could give us a lead in your area if you could provide an area code(or a few area codes) nearby. Did you ask the installer if he knows of a workroom or shop that has a binding machine? That could be a lead to someone in your area that does beveling & similar work associated with inlays. Also, the wholesaler the installer buys supplies from may have a referral.
