It hard to tell from the dates in this forum, but add my name to the list of people waiting on money from Neal Martin and his company. Ordered furniture in April of 2002 (~$1700) and in MANY calls only spoke to Neal 2 or 3 times. Never responds to emails.
I'm filing out a form for the NY Attorney General and mailing it tomorrow.
Customer service says that only Neal can authorize refunds....now if I could only speak to him!!
If anyone has been succesful in getting a refund, PLEASE email on what you had to do. I'd rather not take him to court, but if I must, I'll pursue that route.
