: Sorry Tim, but I disagree with your statement . Plastercizers naturally migrate out of vinyl, as is evident when vinyl curls at unprotected edges, or on scraps. As far as I know, bleach has nothing to do with plastercizer migration.

: Contrary, high alkalinity (hot) will cause vinyl's to discolor as it will react will the plasticizers. I have samples of these in my office and can duplicate this reaction in the laboratory which has been done many times. Just trying to help.
