I have to agree with Dan, most of the vinyl manufacturers recommend laying a bleach dampened cloth on the stain for several hours, repeating as needed to remove discoloration.
Sorry Tim, but I disagree with your statement . Plastercizers naturally migrate out of vinyl, as is evident when vinyl curls at unprotected edges, or on scraps. As far as I know, bleach has nothing to do with plastercizer migration.
