We gave up and put a subfloor over the durastone and replaced it with their ultima sheeting. At the installers expense.
I am putting Durastone down in my kitchen and was wondering it it would be OK to install it over my old sheet vinyl floor, since it is glued down very well. Also, I plan on putting some Durastone in another area over concrete, which I heard does not adhere very well to concrete - would it be best to put a layer of wood down first in that location? Thanks for your help!
