I have a laminate floor in my dinning room. I have no idea how or why water somehow has gotten under two panels of flooring. Now the floor is starting to buckel or warp. PLEASE HELP.....my house is a ranch and I am on a concrete slab. I am thinking water has somehow come thru foundation? or would a spill of water.....maybe 2 cups worth have caused this?
