Uniclic Floating Laminate floor.....over in-floor heating

we are about to install laminate flooring over
our new in-floor heating system.....which is
all imbedded in gypcrete....

no nails allowed.

we are using the glueless floating floor....
QUESTION: should the first row be GLUED down....or
should the entire floor be left as floating ???

anyone have UNICLIC installed ?? any problems ???thanks !
