Laminate flooring on Stairs

Hi Can anyone tell me how to install Laminate flooring on stair treads. I have the stair nosing but not sure hot to attach the actual board to the stair itself. Do I still use the underlay or do I just stick the board to the actual stair.

I need help Quick.
PS can you attach the laminate flooring with nails to the stair tread.
