I am nearing a year since I had placed my order with BeaverHome. Neal Martin had sent us the reamainder of our flooring order with wood that was approximately 1/4 of an inch thinner and tongue and groove that did not fit into the existing floor. Neal Martin's solution? Shave it! My floor is half down and rather than be stand up and come accross and match the same quality wood that was originally sent to us, BeaverHome opted to a full refund, which we have in writing from the BIG BEAVER himself, but true to form, has still not been received. The Attorney General's Office has been very busy with this company. They are very aware of what Neal Martin and his cast of alias characters have been up to. I strongly suggest you contact NYS Consumer Affairs ASAP thay are very helpful.
