I was looking up some old friends in the trade; saw your query. I used to make the stuff. E-mail me if you want to do it right. Use plywood & fill the screw heads to make flush. 2 coats epoxy paint, chips, several urethane.

: : The chips are no larger then .5" in size, the floor that I got the idea from had two colors of white and blue. As far as the imperfections, the basement is in a old house, the floor has small dips, a couple of cracks that I filled a couple of years ago that are holding up well. I may go with a self leveling cement before putting down the floor. thanks for any information. Beau
