Major projects include rezone of residential lot to commercial in Collier County (FL), expansion of noncompliant commercial property in East Naples (FL), forty-unit condominium and marina in Chokoloskee (FL), and a subdivision on ecologically sensitive land in Lee County (FL). Assisted Habitat for Humanity of Collier County (FL) in established backlog of home sites in Collier County through the year 2012.

Responsible for client and agency relations, development of feasibility analyses, and day-to-day operation of land development team including proposal writing, budget management, and supervision of multi-disciplinary staff. General Support, 1997 – 1999

Provided support to the Executive Director of region’s first local environmental non-profit organization (founded 1965). Promoted programs for the preservation of the ecological integrity and intrinsic value of 2,500 miles of natural waterways including bayous, streams, and Galveston Bay. Activities included reviewing and developing proposals, budgets, and support of organizational activities such as capital campaigns and meetings.
