One popular CGI program is FormMail. This CGI script is used for creating forms where people can fill out information and have it sent to you through email. This script will send the completed form to you as an email, sort the input according to your specification and then redirect the user to an html page (created by you) when they have finished filling out the form. We have FormMail installed on our system. To use it, you'd create a HTML form and you'd use this line as the form declaration:
<form method=POST action="http://www.humboldt1.com/cgi-bin/FormMail.cgi">
Because FormMail wasn't written by Humboldt Internet, we can't provide much support for it. For more information on using FormMail, do a web search for FormMail and/or contact a web consultant.
If you have a virtual domain with us, you will need to download and install FormMail inside your domain. FormMail can be found with your favorite search engine.
