Telecommunication is not a natural act and frustration can run rampant. We have found that most people connecting to online services are usually very motivated, intelligent people who may be used to computers but not necessarily telecommunications. Our goal is to gladly facilitate in any way we can, your successful journey into the online world. We are very excited about the Internet and share your excitement of wanting to get online.

If you are not able to connect to our system you will have access to a tech support person that day to assist you on the phone. Sometimes the problem may be in the software you purchased so you may have to call the company who wrote the software. Many times it is a problem we can solve and, if we can, we will.

If you can connect to our system but don't know how to work the applications, we have included short tutorials that cover the generic types of client programs such as e-mail, Web browsers and FTP in our Tutorials section.
