What do I do if my email is stuck and won't download?

If someone sends you an email with a large attachment (around 1MB or larger), it may cause your email program to stop responding to the server and cause what's called a POP Lock. If you experience this try the following solution:

Web Email will allow you to view your messages directly from the server without downloading them.

What you're looking for are LARGE emails. The + sign just left of the subject represents an attachment. Attachments can contain very large files.

After you've located the large ones, you can view them by clicking on the subject of that email.

Once you're done reading the email and/or viewing it's attachment,
Once this has been done, then you should be able to continue getting your email using your email program.
