1. Go into Outlook Express and click File | Import | Other Address Book.
2. Select the version Netscape Address Book you are using, and then click the Import button.
3. If you get a message saying, “The address book could not be found automatically, would you like to manually select the file.” Click Yes.
4. The address book may be located in the Netscape folder under profiles.
5. If you are unable to locate that file you will need to covert the Netscape address book to what’s called a .cvs file. To do this:
6. Go into Netscape Address Book
7. Click Tools | Export
8. Select a name and location for the address book file and save it as a Comma Separated (.csv) file.
9. Go back into Outlook Express and click File | Import
10. Select Text File (Comma Separated Value) then click the Import button.
11. Click Browse and locate the file you saved in Netscape Address Book.
12. Click Open and then click Next
13. You will then be ask to select a way in which to import those address, select your preferences. And click Finish.
14. This should import the addresses from Netscape Address Book into Outlook Express.
15. Click Tools Address Book in Outlook Express and confirm.
